Cancellation policy
Due to increasing incidents of last-minute cancellations, late arrivals, and no shows (DNA) for appointments we are now implementing the following policy. We understand that emergencies can arise, if you need to cancel your appointment, please call us right away.
Cancellation of appointment
· Any appointments cancelled or rescheduled more than 24hrs in advance will incur no charge.
· Any appointments cancelled or rescheduled less than 24 hrs in advance, will be charged the fee of £20 for a single appointment and £35 for a double appointment.
· In the case of 2 cancellations in a row, for any future bookings we would require full payment up front that will be non-refundable. Any appointments cancelled less than 24 hrs in advance, will be charged the fee of £20 for a single appointment and £35 for a double appointment, the charges will be added on top of the routine costs.
No show for appointment
· Will be charged the fee of £20 for a single appointment and £35 for a double appointment.
· You will not qualify to be on the waiting/cancellation list for the following appointment.
Late arrival for appointment
· If a patient is 10 minutes past the scheduled time of arrival for their appointment, we will have to reschedule the appointment.
· You will be charged the fee of £20.
